I cleaned my PC and deleted all my files. Unfortunately, the skin I've been using for several years has also been deleted and I can't find it (or at least one that looks like it)

I have a few screenshots and a little description left: the skin was simple (even very simple), it didn't have anything superfluous (and also, sort of, didn't have any anime images). The cursor was clean (blue color) with no “trace” behind it.

If you know what this skin is (or similar ones) let me know!

From these screenshots, it would be very hard to determine which skin it is, as it appears to be fully mixed. Do you happen to have any gameplay screenshots/replays? That would make it much easier

yeah that's the problem! unfortunately I don't have any screenshots or gameplay footage. I'll try to find some more if I can, but I have little faith in it.

If you don't find any I recommending going through https://skins.osuck.net/skins/category/std and trying to find the gameplay that was used in the skin. Another option would be to go through skin archives on github.
